Tailknott : Pull tag to bottom of hand.
Place both lines in notch in the tail ... opposing
side from hook, lure or fly.
Wrap both lines four (4) wraps around the tail
away from you.

Hold the wraps under index finger. Thumb and
middle finger oppose each other at fin.  Run tag
end under wraps and out the end of the tail.

Pull knot off with both lines and begin pulling until
the configuration...

that you see here is formed.  Continue to pull
both lines as knot tightens and then pull only on
the main line to set the knot.
The knot will seat next to the lure, hook or fly
that is being tied on.  The knot can be opened to
allow free movement of the lure, hook or fly.
Tight Lines!
The blade at the mouth of the Tailknott'r will  
quickly cut the line by simply pulling on the tag
section.
